KIDDIES FUN MEAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Chicken Xpress Kiddies Fun Meal, valid until stocks last.

2. Please read these terms and conditions carefully; they constitute a fully binding agreement between you and Chicken Xpress.

3. The Chicken Xpress Kiddies Fun Meal is only available at participating Chicken Xpress stores.

4. Stocks of toys are limited – promotion only available while stocks last. No replacement or substitutes will be offered. Only one toy per Kiddies Fun Meal.

5. Toys are intended for children 4 years and older. Toys may contain hazardous parts and must only be used when supervised by an adult. Toys to be used at own risk.

6. Chicken Xpress, its affiliates, employees or representatives will under no circumstances be liable for any damages suffered by any person as a result of purchasing and/or consuming the Kiddies Fun Meal, and/or will under no circumstances be liable for any damages suffered by any person using the Kiddies Fun Meal toy.

7. The visuals provided in Chicken Xpress stores are for descriptive purposes only and toys may vary slightly.

8. The toy is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind either express or implied.

9. The Chicken Xpress terms of use, available at www.chickenxpress.co.za/Kiddies, apply to any person who participates in the Chicken Xpress Kiddies Fun Meal promotion.
